Nellie Pigot is a UK trained Nutritionist & Naturopath who has been in clinical practice for 20 years. She's worked alongside Integrated GP’s particularly around hormonal changes and digestive issues and focuses on eating an optimum diet that is suited to each individual rather than a blanket approach. Nellie has worked alongside Megan May at Little Bird Organics since its beginning and follows a plant based diet herself. She fully understands the process of ageing at particular stages of life and has first hand experience of it. Nellie splits her time between NZ and the UK.

Suzi Nevell is a registered New Zealand Physical Therapist, and has worked in the fields of sports / spinal physiotherapy and strength and conditioning for over 25 years, 16 of those working and training in the US. She was a NZ Womens Trampoline champion and has worked with many international athletes and teams. She now alternates between the US and NZ and has a successful practice in Auckland called Sweet7 which combines physical therapy with 6 other foundation principles of health (Nutrition, Hydration, Sleep, Breathing, Thoughts, and Community) to create a sweet spot of health. Suzi is certified in both ELDOA 1 & 2 (Spinal Decompression) and Myofascial Stretching.
